Heating and renewable energy installer, CTS Projects, has announced the creation of 32 new jobs in the last 18 months, almost doubling employee numbers to a total of 70.
The company, which is headquartered in Warrenpoint, has generated the employment as a result of winning £14m in new contracts with four housing associations and launching a strategic diversification into private sector boiler servicing.
“Thanks to substantial new contracts with four housing associations, Alpha Housing, Fold Housing, Habinteg Housing and Triangle Housing and existing contracts with several other associations, nearly 40% of Northern Ireland’s social housing heating maintenance and upgrades are now carried out by CTS Projects,” said Connaire McGreevy, Managing Director of CTS Projects.
